  1. I realise that there already was a map with this name, given the thread on these forums, but I can't find the map on the server anywhere. So here goes a straight forward TDM map in the town of Le Port.

  3. In all fairness the attitude of a racing driver is to find the fastest possible line / way around the track. Real life drivers will cut and extend if they can and where they can. Look at monza and silverstone. Of course flying over corners to gain advantage is wrong but extending on power something real life drivers do.

  4. I was planning on giving up the racing in the summer of next year, that would have been my 20th season, but I have decided the bring my retirement forward by 12 months. When we started it was just a small group of FUSION members racing for pure fun, it's league that has had a lot of great drivers, most notable Snakey9400 and Ramdrop, both great champions, and some that have not quite made it as champion but in my opinion would be worthy of being a champion, I.E OmegaIV. We have also had a few members that have been here for a long time, Kundih and Grandpoppydoo have both done 150 rac

  6. I'm working to port the town generator (aka GITA) from Arma 2 OA to Arma 3. It's working so far, just needs some tweaking. Once ready I'll add it to our default scripting. May take a few weeks though.

  9. Right, the east spawn marker needs to move. Also considering to use (light) blue uniforms instead of whitecones for east. Last but not least loading screen mentions “skirmish Paros”

  13. That maybe the case for some, but they all signed up for 100% races and some have stayed. We have done 100% races from the start which makes us different from almost all other leagues doing F1, I don't want the league to be like every other one out there, we are different and we should remain different.

  14. I think we could attract more drivers by using shorter races. Whilst I prefer the longer races personally, a lot of drivers may want to join for 50% as these seem to be the most popular. Maybe we could look at dropping one of the FP sessions and having the 50% race taking place then, it would serve as practice to those who want to do the 100% race say on the Friday. This could attract more drivers and it's more racing for everyone else, of course its double the work but I think it could be managed. With more drivers coming in, could also be the possibility of converting some to

  15. With BIS finally fixing the CTF flags, I figured it was time that I finally ported the C&H template to Arma 3... More a test map than a real one, C&H 24 RAIN is on Tanoa in a coast town (La Rochelle). It's dark, it's the monsoon season, so lots of rain... Vehicles are available, flashlights, no NV goggles or thermal sights. Both sides have load outs with limited armor, each side has one grenadier with just a 5.56 caliber rifle

  17. Nothing I do is unexpected each side can carry 12 magazines of primary ammo or an assortment of ammo grenades and first aid kits equal to 12 magazines.

  18. Updated to v1.01 Changed west uniforms to NATO Riflemen. Fix moving cargo container to the right of east ctf flag. Removed all the old weapons and added sub machine guns to both sides. Updated Map to include new FUS_Mapscripts and FUS_Modules folders

Thanks, but I'll need to update maps myself: I have changed bits and pieces (like maintaining the uniform/vest/helmet after respawn, default orientation after respawn, add GPS after respawn etc.) over the past few years in the map scripting, so I want to add those to all CTF/skirmish/combi maps that need updating for the flag marker anyway. Too much hassle to back track and explain in detail which files need to changed for all this 8-)

Corner Cutting or Extending the track limits Corner cutting and extending the track limits is not allowed and will not be tolerated, you are expected to stay within the track boundaries with at least two tyres at all times. The white lines define the edge of the track, not by the edge of the kerbs. You can gain an advantage by corner cutting and this is not allowed. The game does administer penalties, but we have a system. If you overtake a car off of the track, you must give the position back, the game should tell you but if it doesn’t, you are expected to remain respectful of the rul

  43. Map updated to v0.09b: Update to the latest map scripting (to remove flag marker) I've also added flares near the flag bunkers when on night settings. Doesn't really add that much, given the huge amount of light from the fires near the bunkers... Fun fact: The tempest truck has its rear lights on by default

  44. I've updated a few maps (Skirmish Power Plant and Skirmish Crucible). Comes down to replacing the FUS_Mapscripts and FUS_Modules folders with the latest versions, so not much work all in all. I'll update our remaining maps over the next few weeks.
