Fixed a softlock that could occur when dropping in to a Military USS
Fixed missing Search and Rescue contact text
Additional minor optimisations and fixes

Race settings? August 16, 2018
I recently joined the league and was wondering what the race settings are since they aren't mentioned anywhere (or atleast i haven't found them), stuff like allowed assists, race lenght, certain camera views, weather etc. if anybody that took part in the last season could tell me some stuff that'd be great.
